Job Summary
Life Saving Organisation is looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle
day-to-day data entry, documentation and backend office operations. This role supports our accident-relief
and social-service teams by maintaining accurate beneficiary records and digital files so that help can
reach people on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and updating beneficiary/case records in internal software and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Preparing and formatting letters, forms, consent documents and reports in MS Word and PDF.
- Scanning, printing and uploading documents to the NGO’s secure online folders and portals.
- Managing email communications and maintaining well-organised digital folders for each case or project.
- Generating basic daily/weekly MIS reports for management and project monitoring.
- Coordinating with advocates, doctors, volunteers and office staff for file movement and status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator (NGO/office experience will be an advantage).
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PDF tools and email handling.
- Typing ability in English; Hindi typing will be an added advantage.
- Accuracy, discipline and ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus and responsibility.
- Sensitivity towards accident victims and economically weaker families.
Location & Timings
Office-based role in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh). Standard day-shift working hours with a six-day working
schedule, as per NGO policy. In emergency situations or project deadlines, occasional extended hours may be required.
