Job Summary
Life Saving Organisation is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can handle
inbound and outbound calls from accident victims and needy families, explain our NGO support services
in simple language, and coordinate with the internal team for timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from beneficiaries and their family members, listen to their problem and note key details.
- Make follow-up calls for pending enquiries, missed calls and ongoing assistance cases.
- Explain available NGO support (legal help, medical guidance, documentation support) in clear and simple Hindi.
- Schedule and confirm appointments/consultations with panel advocates, doctors or counsellors as needed.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up status, and feedback properly in Google Sheets / CRM.
- Assist in WhatsApp / SMS communication for sharing updates, document lists and appointment reminders.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic and patient approach while talking to distressed families.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th pass / Graduate; experience in telecalling, NGO helpdesk or customer care preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English speaking ability.
- Cordial and polite way of talking, with patient listening skills and empathy.
- Ability to work with monthly targets and follow-up discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry, email and CRM / Excel usage.
Compensation
Fixed salary as per experience, plus performance-based incentives as per NGO policy.
