Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Welcome to this website of Life Saving Organization. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of funds received for social purpose on Payment Gateway as follows:-

No refund/cancellation for the amount donated by any donor will be considered under any circumstances.

Online donations through online payment gateway will also not be considered for refund/cancellation.

No cash or refund will be allowed. Once a donation is received for any cause, it will not be refunded to the donor and no cancellation will be entertained.

The application fee received by the advocates from all the states of India to become a Penal Advocate in the Institute is not refundable under any circumstances.

Appeal/case cancellation applications and advocate consultation fee submitted to the Institute from all states of India are not refundable under any circumstances.
