The project aims to make the promise of access to justice a reality by providing legal empowerment to women, the poor and members of other marginalized communities, providing legal aid to victims of denial of justice at the grassroots level and families of the deceased and them of their rights To encourage them to be vocal in implementation and bring about changes. Job Description:

Project Coordinator: He will be responsible for steering, supervising and coordinating the planned project delivery at the Head Office level. He/she will report to the Executive Director. This post will be located in Bhopal. This requires external travel every month.

Job responsibilities:

Designing and implementing project work plans to meet project goals and objectives.
Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders, local administration and local community.
Responsible for planning, program design and ensuring its proper implementation at the field level.
Supervising field visits and providing technical support to field staff.
Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the head office. Providing day-to-day guidance to project staff.
Supervise the team to conduct baseline surveys, end line surveys and ensure proper data entries.
To share with the Executive Director the progress of ongoing project activities and future plans in line with the project plan.
Share and finalize program documents (drafts) for necessary compliance in consultation with the Executive Director.
To develop IEC material as per the requirement of the project.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Social Work or LLM.
Good understanding of the rights citizens have in the Indian Judiciary and access to the justice system.
Proficient in speaking and writing English and Hindi.
Efficient time management skills, willingness to work to a strict deadline and ability to work in complex and diverse work environments.
Well versed with computer applications, data analysis, word processing and audio-visual PowerPoint presentations.
Competent writing skills with the ability to analyze and report project progress.
Good monitoring and evaluators.
Using laptop to facilitate work.
Minimum 1 year mandatory experience is required.

Duration: 01/05/2024 to 01/05/2026 (Contractual)

Remuneration: Rs. Rs.90,000/- Per month plus TA for outbound travel.

Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable traveling to project areas for regular supervision and coordination.
