Vision

We are a life saving organization. The Life Saving Organization is working in the field of legal services across India, and is striving for implementation at a global level.
You must be well aware that according to the National Judicial Data Grid (NJAD), more than five crore cases are pending in courts across the country.
Whereas in India, more than five lakh fifty thousand people are lodged in jails, out of which four lakh twenty seven thousand are only prisoners, whose trial is still going on. And lakhs of people are on bail.
In the above horrific situation many innocent people are locked inside the jail bars. And we don't know how many people will go to jail in the future. In such a situation, there is a need for this. That every victim and accused in India gets proper guidance from senior, experienced lawyers, so that they can live their lives free from legal matters and live independently with their spouse, children or family. For which continuous implementation is being done by the Life Saving Organization to form a group of volunteers all over India up to the district and tehsil level. And efforts are also being made to create a panel of senior and intelligent advocates in all the courts of India. The process under which our volunteers establish contact with the victim and with the help of legal advice and court advocacy from our senior lawyers with more than thirty years of experience, every victim and the accused are continuously benefiting.
The life saving organization aims to ensure 100% legal aid availability to every person by the year 2040.
Our objective is to reduce by the year 2040 more than 1,300,000/- thirteen lakh road accidents occurring every year globally and more than 4,03,116/- road and rail accidents occurring every year in India as per World Health Organization (WHO) data. There is a 30% reduction.
In India, compensation is provided to the victim and the family of the deceased in a railway accident, due to lack of information about which the victim and the family of the deceased are deprived of getting compensation. Therefore, to benefit the above, run public awareness campaigns, provide immediate medical aid, financial and legal aid to every accident injured person, ensure 100% availability of ambulance aid, financial aid and legal aid to the next of kin of the deceased, so that Getting into accidentsThe loss incurred can be compensated 100% under the Motor Vehicles Act, Motor Claims Accident Tribunal and Railway Claims Tribunal made by the Government of India.
